Support for families
At Welland Primary School we are committed supporting families in any way that we can. We appreciate that all families struggle at times and that school plays a central role in their lives. Please do feel that you can contact the school at any time to talk to us about any challenges you may be facing.
Early Help is a pathway to supporting you and your child as they grow up when you or they may need further support or guidance. Providing early help to our pupils and families at Welland Primary School means we can improve outcomes for children, families, and communities, providing support as soon as a problem emerges, at any point in a child’s life, from the early years through to teenage years.
Domestic Abuse
For some victims of domestic abuse, the school is a place of safety. It is somewhere victims can seek support without raising suspicions; parents often have to come into school to talk about their children and it can be used as a place to share information and seek support.
